Garth Brooks is coming back to Ireland, with 10 stadium concerts in five cities next summer, including two nights in Belfast. But there are no Dublin dates this time.

The country superstar said the tour “has been a dream of mine since the first time we played Ireland”.

Why no Dublin?

Brooks last played Ireland in September 2022, when more than 400,000 people saw five sold-out shows at Croke Park. That was a comeback after his planned 2014 run at the stadium was cancelled, when Dublin City Council gave licences for only three of the five concerts and Brooks refused to play any of them.

This time, the tour heads to four GAA grounds and an outdoor site in Belfast instead of the capital.

Can fans from Britain go?

Yes. The Belfast shows are the easiest to reach from London and the rest of the UK, with regular flights and ferries. All the shows are open to fans from anywhere, as long as you can get a ticket.
