What it means for the Premier League

Kane’s old contract was entering its final year, and there had been speculation about a move back to England, with Tottenham fans hoping for a return to north London. The new deal means he is set to stay in Germany until at least the age of 35.

He has already won the Bundesliga and the German Cup at Bayern, after years of near misses at Spurs, and has 10 goals and eight assists in 14 games so far this season.
