Who is presenting I’m A Celebrity Unpacked in 2026?

Sam Thompson, who won I’m A Celebrity in 2023, returns alongside Kemi Rodgers. It was confirmed in July that the pair would come back for a third run of the companion show, but that Joel Dommett would not. Dommett and Rodgers presented the 2025 series together.

Earlier this year Thompson hosted Unpacked from a UK studio for the all-star South Africa series, while Rodgers interviewed Ant and Dec on location.

When does Unpacked start?

The main series of I’m A Celebrity starts on Monday 16 November at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV, a day later than usual to avoid a clash with England’s Nations League game against Spain on the Sunday. Unpacked runs alongside it on ITV2 and ITVX, with the stars, former campmates and fans going over each night’s drama.

Jungle rules: what do the celebrities have to follow?

According to What to Watch, campmates must stay in the jungle for at least 72 hours to receive their full fee. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in a designated spot watched by security, phones are banned apart from rare monitored calls, and basic food rations are guaranteed even if the camp fails every Bushtucker Trial.
